Firearm Shipping:
Firearms come with a flat rate shipping fee of $35 per firearm. This ensures a consistent and reliable cost for these specialized items.
Regional Rates:
For those in Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping is a flat rate of $35**.
Free Shipping Threshold:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 (*excluding firearms). This offer applies to standard shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and is automatically applied at checkout. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing The Sporting Shoppe. (**All orders over $100 from Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be discounted at checkout.)
Important Note for Firearms:
* Please note that the flat rate shipping for firearms remains at $35 per firearm item purchased, even if the order total exceeds $100.

Firearm Cancellation Policy
During the firearm purchasing process at The Sporting Shoppe, our customers can cancel their order at any time prior to signing out the firearm in their name.
However, the following non-refundable fees apply: 6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction) 14% Restocking Fee $35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.
**Percentages above are based on the full transaction balance, regardless of customer’s initial deposit amount.
Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation. **3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned. Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
