Manufactured without sights on the medium weight barrel with drilled and tapped holes for fixed sights. The receiver is drilled, tapped and mounted with swivel style, quick release blocks and rings with a Schmidt & Bender 2 1/2-10x scope. The stock is a single piece of walnut with checkering at the forearm and pistol grip. Forward of the grip, the stock is carved in a bold oak leaf and acorn design and the butt-stock is carved with game scenes of wild boar in a forrest on the right and a chamois on the left with more oak leaf and acorn flourishes to border the scenes. A faint “RR” is visible at the lower left corner of the right side scene. Mounted with adjustable, locking sling swivels and a solid rubber Sauer recoil pad. Includes two extra barrels, one in 243 Winchester the other in 9.3x62mm both measure 24 5/8 inches and were manufactured without sights. The Sauer takedown case includes 3 extra magazine, an extra bolt, stock tools and papers. The condition is very good as embellished. The barrels have 99% of the original blue finish with scattered light handling and storage marks. The receiver has a slight plum cast and small areas of uneven coloration and minor edge wear. The wood is very good as hand carved with detailed carvings, nice grain and some scattered moderate indentations and surface scratches. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good.
