Henry now offers a great new concept by giving their traditional tubular magazine a side gate for easy loading. This is a long overdue step forward that allows the safe easy unloading of a tube mag, with the speed and convince of loading through a side gate. Building on the success of this design, Henry has expanded this line with the X Model lever action rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester. In true Henry form you get the exquisite craftsmanship that Henry Repeating Arms is known for. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped to accept Weaver 63B scope bases and it’s equipped with a fast-handling large loop lever. It has a blued 21.375″ round barrel which is threaded 5/8×24 for the optional addition of a muzzle device or suppressor, and a set of high-visibility fiber optic sights. This configuration makes it perfect for targeting medium to large game and as a general purpose outdoors rifle. Sporting a modern ultra-durable all weather synthetic stock and forend, this rifle can go anywhere any time.
