SITKA Equinox Guard Pant Optifade Timber

Sitka’s Equinox Guard Pants was specifically designed for warm weather hunts, and comes equipped with Sitka exclusive innovations to help you remain cool and keep the bugs off you. Equinox Guard Pants prevents contact with insects in three ways: minimal skin exposer, bite-resistant fabric, and a built in insect repellant. The fabric was designed by Sitka with help from Snell Scientifics to create a textile that was lightweight and reduced the likelihood of mosquito bites. This special fabric was then treated with Insect Shield protection, which repels mosquitos, ticks, ants, chiggers, and other nuisance insects. The Equinox Guard Pants also features internal leg gaiters to stop ticks and chiggers from crawling up your legs when worn under socks. In addition to providing excellent protection from pests, these pants are also light and highly breathable thanks to a raised internal grid pattern to promote maximum airflow. To help cool off quickly, the sides of the legs feature zippered vents with mesh gussets to help expel heat when on the move. The Equinox Guard Pants also have YKK zip pockets for carrying your essentials, as well as a dedicated knife pocket and hidden suspender attachment points.
