Ferlib was founded in the immediate post-war period by Ferraglio Libero, establishing itself as one of the first artisanal companies in Gardone Val Trompia specializing in crafting high-quality rifles. The meticulous attention to detail, all crafted by hand, soon became the recognizable hallmark of Ferlib’s production, gaining recognition worldwide. The company’s uniqueness also lies in its aesthetically original solutions, giving Ferlib rifles a distinct and unmistakable personality. Presently led by Ivano Tanfoglio, who received his professional training within the company from the age of 14, Ferlib benefits from the knowledge and experiences passed down by the previous generation of Gardone’s gunsmiths. Under his guidance, the production reached a higher level of quality, combining harmonious designs with an almost obsessive pursuit of innovative technical solutions. Alongside Ivano Tanfoglio’s artistry, three skilled collaborators contribute, allowing the company to produce approximately 20 rifles per year. Ferlib is rightfully considered among the finest producers of quality rifles, confirmed by numerous awards and enthusiastic reviews in leading industry magazines worldwide.
