The Model 510 trigger is part of the Featherweight Deluxe collection, featuring a lightweight alloy housing with machined and hardened steel surfaces. This trigger is compatible with all Remington 700 bolt-action rifles and includes a completely new safety design that blocks the trigger, not the sear, for increased security. This trigger comes with a standard pull weight of three pounds and easily adjusts with the turn of a screw. Each trigger is geometrically identical with tolerances less than .0005, ensuring a consistent, trustworthy product. Drop-in triggers require no gunsmithing–that means no screws, drilling, or tapping. They simply install using the rifles original hammer/trigger pins. Timney’s proprietary design also eliminates pin rotation and walk out, which can weaken receiver walls.
