Smith and Wesson recently introduced the newest pistol in the lineup of M&P metal pistols, the S&W Performance Center® M&P9 M2.0 Competitor. The 5-inch barreled Competitor is another great Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm that comes packed with high-end performance features that are perfect for competitive shooters. The S&W Performance Center M&P M2.0 Competitor boasts a new look and a competition-ready build. The aggressive lightening cuts on the top and sides of the slide reduce the amount of weight in front of the chamber, improving the recoil balance point. Besides the S&W CORE series optics platform, the slide is cut for optics and includes a fiber optic front sight, and blacked-out serrated rear sight. And the alloy frame reduces the “flex” often felt with polymer frames.
