The Daniel Defense MK12 is the completed evolution of the Special Purpose Rifle. Born in the Army’s Marksmanship Unit, Daniel Defense refined the SPR concept into what it is today. Centered around an 18″ barrel which has been salt bath nitride finished, the entire rifle is engineered from the ground up to be as accurate as possible, without sacrificing reliability. A free floating quad rail allows the barrel to harmonically vibrate without disruption, while providing a means to mount mission essential accessories.
